Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

Process payroll, salary coordination, reimbursements, and HR compliance.

Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, and exits.

Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.

Address employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture.

Organize team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs.

Maintain HR records, offer letters, contracts, and personnel files.

Continuously improve HR operations and processes.
