KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment and joining formalities

Handle onboarding, induction, transfers & exit formalities

Manage attendance, leave & manpower planning

Coordinate monthly payroll and salary inputs

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Implement HR policies, procedures & processes

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters

Manage statutory compliance and HR records

Support appraisals and performance management

Prepare HR reports and MIS

Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads

Ensure workplace discipline and policy compliance

Lead and guide the HR team
