Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end HR operations across assigned showroom locations.
Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee induction.
Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate with recruitment consultants for hiring.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Work with department heads to identify hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development.
Maintain compensation, benefits, and training programs.
Prepare HR reports and provide decision support using HR metrics.
