Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for project sites and the corporate office.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.

Handle contract labour and coordinate with labour contractors.

Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and employee grievance handling.

Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and Full & Final Settlements.

Ensure compliance with EPF, ESI, PT, BOCW, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, and other statutory requirements.

Liaise with government departments, Labour Office, PF, ESI, and statutory authorities.

Implement HR policies, performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.

Manage HR operations across multiple construction project sites.

Prepare HR MIS reports and ensure 100% statutory compliance.
