Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection across multiple business verticals.

Handle employee onboarding, induction, and complete employee lifecycle management.

Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.

Drive performance management systems and appraisal processes.

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.

Support training and employee development initiatives.

Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and labour laws.

Maintain HR MIS, headcount reports, and attrition analysis.

Partner with leadership for workforce planning and organisational development.

Coordinate HR activities across different group companies.
