Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, medical staff, and non-medical staff.

Handle employee onboarding and HR documentation.

Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.

Coordinate payroll processing and maintain employee records.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare.

Implement HR policies and ensure employee discipline.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Prepare HR reports and support employee engagement and retention.
