Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function and TA team.

Develop quarterly and annual hiring strategies.

Track recruitment KPIs and team performance.

Manage job portals, vendors, and hiring partners.

Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, job portals, and offline channels.

Lead campus hiring strategies and university partnerships.

Conduct campus drives, pre-placement talks, hiring drives, and open houses.

Represent the organization at industry and talent events.

Drive quarterly, half-yearly, and annual performance review cycles.

Partner with leadership on KPIs and talent calibration.

Present workforce and performance insights to leadership.

Host and anchor HR sessions and company events.

Build a strong candidate and employee experience.
