Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities.

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and POSH compliance.

Manage payroll, attendance, leave records, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory compliances.

Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and company HR policies.

Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with management on performance management, HR audits, and policy implementation.

Handle employment-related legal documentation and compliance matters.
