Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across multiple locations.
Manage onboarding, HR operations, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishments Act, Factory Act, and other labor laws.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations.
Implement performance management systems and coordinate employee training programs.
Support compensation & benefits administration, including salary revisions and welfare initiatives.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and expansion plans.
