Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

Develop recruitment strategies

Conduct interviews and manage hiring processes

Coordinate onboarding of new employees

Employee Relations

Address employee concerns and grievances

Promote a positive workplace environment

Implement engagement and retention programs

Performance Management

Manage performance appraisal processes

Help managers set employee goals and monitor performance

Training & Development

Identify training needs

Conduct leadership development and skill training programs

Compliance & HR Policies

Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws

Maintain employee handbook and HR documentation

Compensation & Benefits

Manage salary structures and benefits programs

Conduct salary benchmarking

HR Analytics

Prepare HR reports on recruitment, attrition, and retention

Analyze HR metrics for improvement

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration / related field

Master’s Degree or HR Certification preferred
