Training & Development
Identify training needs

Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws
Maintain employee handbook and HR documentation
Compensation & Benefits
Manage salary structures and benefits programs
Conduct salary benchmarking
HR Analytics
Prepare HR reports on recruitment, attrition, and retention

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration / related field
Master’s Degree or HR Certification preferred
