Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Lead HR team and oversee HR programs and policies

• Partner with leadership to drive business growth through talent management

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Manage recruitment strategies and hiring processes

• Plan workforce requirements for current and future needs

• Strengthen employer branding and recruitment initiatives

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues

• Maintain effective communication between employees and management

Performance Management & Development

• Manage performance appraisal systems

• Support career development and succession planning

• Implement employee training and development programs

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations

• Manage complex employee relations issues

• Monitor legal changes impacting HR policies

Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee salary structures and compensation strategies

• Manage employee benefits such as health insurance and welfare programs

• Conduct salary benchmarking and industry comparisons

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Track HR metrics such as employee retention and turnover

• Provide HR insights and reports to leadership

• Monitor workforce trends to improve organizational performance

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Master’s degree preferred

• 15–20 years of progressive HR experience

• Minimum 5 years in HR leadership / managerial role

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• HR Certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)

• Experience in industries such as technology, manufacturing, or healthcare

• Experience in organizational transformation and culture building
