Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Manage recruitment, selection, and employee relations

Handle performance management systems

Oversee training, talent management & engagement programs

Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits

Ensure labour law compliance & HR policies

Provide HR reports, analytics & metrics to management

Build and maintain a positive work culture

Eligibility Criteria

Degree in HR or related field

Minimum 5 years of HR management experience

Strong knowledge of labour laws & HR practices

Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills

Willingness to relocate to Pollachi & travel frequently
