Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding

• Attendance, leave & payroll coordination

• Employee grievance handling

• Performance evaluation & training

• Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)

• Maintain HR records & workplace culture

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR or Management

• Strong knowledge of labour laws

• MS Office / HR software proficiency
