Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Plant HR Operations.

Handle recruitment and manpower planning for plant functions.

Manage Industrial Relations (IR), employee relations and grievance handling.

Ensure labour law and statutory compliance covering:

PF

ESIC

Bonus

Gratuity

Contract Labour

Factory compliance

Manage contract labour and contractor compliance.

Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Implement and support HR policies.

Prepare HR MIS, manpower and attrition reports.

Coordinate with the Plant Head and functional heads on HR matters.
