Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for South Indian restaurant operations.

Recruit experienced South Indian chefs and cooks.

Hire restaurant staff including:

oWaiters

oCleaners

oKitchen Helpers

oCashiers

oOther support staff

Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Manage attendance and coordinate payroll activities.

Support day-to-day HR operations.

Ensure timely manpower availability as per restaurant requirements.

Coordinate with restaurant management for workforce planning.

Maintain a positive work environment and employee relations.
