Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of factory operations, social compliance audits, and continuous improvement in the garments sector.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

• Conduct factory evaluations & compliance audits

• Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP)

• Ensure labor law, health & safety, fire safety & environmental compliance

• Handle worker interviews, payroll verification & documentation review

• Perform root cause analysis & follow-up audits

• Maintain compliance with buyer-specific requirements

Standards Familiarity:

• BSCI, SEDEX / SMETA, WRAP

• ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 basics
