Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

• Lead and manage the recruitment team

• Set recruiter KPIs and track performance

• Conduct review meetings and performance evaluations

IT Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment

• Manage bulk and lateral hiring requirements

• Screen resumes and coordinate technical interviews

• Maintain strong candidate pipelines

HR Operations

• Manage onboarding and joining formalities

• Maintain HR documentation and compliance

• Implement HR policies and employee engagement initiatives

Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards

• Develop hiring strategies and manpower planning

• Ensure recruitment SLA and quality benchmarks

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience with strong IT recruitment exposure

• Experience in leading recruitment teams

• Knowledge of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
