Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage recruitment, succession planning & talent management

• Handle payroll management & benefits administration

• Oversee performance appraisal & training programs

• Address employee grievances & maintain positive work culture

• Ensure labour law compliance & HR best practices

• Provide HR metrics & reports to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as HR Manager / HR Executive

• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & HR metrics

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• Willing to relocate to Tiruppur
