Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution

• Oversee payroll management and benefits administration

• Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, and procedures

• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture

• Manage performance appraisal systems

• Identify training needs and implement development programs

• Provide HR metrics and decision-support reports to management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

Requirements

✔ Proven experience as HR Manager / HR Executive

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management (Required)

✔ Strong knowledge of HR metrics and labor laws

✔ Ability to manage interpersonal relationships at all levels

✔ Degree in Human Resources or related field

✔ Willingness to relocate to Pollachi (Required)

✔ Willingness to travel (75%)
