Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant: onboarding, induction, transfers, exits
• Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs in coordination with corporate HR
• Oversee contract workforce management and ensure compliance with labour laws
Employee Relations & Compliance
Serve as primary contact for employee relations at the plant
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution
Ensure statutory compliance: Factories Act, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishments, Contract Labour
Liaise with government authorities, maintain statutory registers and returns
Performance Management & Talent Development
Facilitate performance cycles, mid-year and annual reviews
Identify skill gaps, coordinate training & development programs
Support succession planning and career development initiatives
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Drive employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and recognition initiatives
Implement cultural programs (e.g., SSOM, Employee of the Month)
Manage health, safety, and welfare programs for employees and contract workers
HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and KPIs (attrition, absenteeism, manpower utilization, training hours)
Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions

PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
Extensive experience in plant-level HR operations
