Key Responsibilities
Policy Implementation
• Develop, review, and update HR policies
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations
• Maintain and update the employee handbook
Recruitment & Talent Management
• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans
• Conduct interviews and participate in candidate selection
• Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth employee integration
Employee Relations
• Handle grievances and conflict resolution professionally
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Support performance management and feedback processes
Training & Development
• Design and implement employee training programs
• Promote professional development through workshops and mentorship
Reporting & HR Analytics
• Track and analyze HR metrics (performance, retention, etc.)
• Prepare regular HR reports and workforce analytics
Employee Communication
• Coordinate internal communications
• Collect and act on employee feedback
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
✔ Minimum 7+ years of HR management experience (Tech industry preferred)
