Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations (Joining to Exit & Full & Final Settlement)

• Handle payroll inputs and compliance reporting

• Drive performance management (KRA setting & appraisals)

• Manage employee engagement and welfare programs

• Implement HR policies and change management initiatives

• Liaison with Labour Department, PF & ESI authorities

Statutory Expertise Required:

• CLRA & ISMW License

• BOCW & Shops & Establishment (S&E)

• Factory Act

• Employees Compensation

• LWF / PT

• CTE / CTO

• Environmental Clearances

Insurance Management:

• WC | Health | CAR | EAR
