Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for skilled & unskilled labor

• Drive field recruitment campaigns & outreach initiatives

• Maintain labor database & recruitment tracking

• Coordinate with Payroll for attendance & leave reconciliation

• Ensure compliance with labor laws & statutory requirements

• Oversee workplace compliance & resolve legal issues

• Handle work injury compensation cases

• Organize employee welfare programs & engagement activities

• Conduct onboarding & induction programs

• Prepare and present HR MIS reports to leadership

Requirements:

• MBA / MSW in HR (Mandatory)

• Minimum 7+ years of HR experience (Textile/Garments preferred)

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance & payroll

• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
