Key Responsibilities:

• Lead bulk & lateral hiring for BPO (Voice – Inbound/Outbound)

• Manage end-to-end HR operations & workforce planning

• Handle employee relations, engagement & attrition control

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws)

• Manage HR team & drive performance

• Share MIS reports & support client audits

Requirements:

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or related field

• Strong BPO/ITES HR experience

• Knowledge of Indian labour laws & compliance

• Strong stakeholder & team management skills
