Key Responsibilities

Manage complete HR operations across outlets in the North Region.

Handle manpower planning, recruitment and deployment.

Ensure timely hiring of Outlet Managers, Shift Managers and Team Members.

Coordinate staffing requirements with Operations and Outlet Managers.

Monitor attendance, leave, employee records and payroll inputs.

Drive employee retention and reduce attrition.

Handle grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.

Manage onboarding, documentation, induction and joining formalities.

Coordinate employee training and development with the Training Team.

Conduct regular outlet visits to understand employee and operational concerns.

Ensure HR policy and company-standard compliance.

Maintain HR MIS and manpower/attrition reports.

Support performance reviews and employee development.

Handle transfers, promotions, confirmations and separations.

Identify outlet-level HR challenges and coordinate corrective actions.
