Key Responsibility :

Lead the complete HR function for the manufacturing plant.

Develop HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning initiatives.

Manage factory HR operations, payroll inputs, attendance, onboarding, and employee records.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, POSH, and statutory regulations.

Handle industrial relations, employee grievances, and workforce stability.

Lead recruitment across factory, showroom, corporate, and leadership positions.

Drive performance management, appraisal cycles, KPIs, and employee engagement.

Oversee training, leadership development, HR analytics, and HRMS implementation
