Key Responsibilities

Collect, manage, and clean data from multiple departments (HR, operations, finance)

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

Monitor KPIs like productivity, SLA adherence, and revenue metrics

Automate reporting tasks using Excel Macros, SQL, or other tools

Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI

Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights
