Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through online channels, social media, networking, field hiring, campus hiring, skill centres and referrals.

Recruit for QSR, restaurant and kitchen staff, including Chefs and Commis.

Conduct screening calls, assessments and interviews.

Review resumes and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Negotiate job offers and compensation packages.

Handle field hiring, campus hiring and bulk hiring.

Ensure assigned positions are closed within the required TAT.

Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation.

Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices.
