Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

Source, screen, and schedule candidates for pharmaceutical roles.

Coordinate onboarding and mandatory training programs.

Manage communication with the field force regarding attendance, leave, and queries.

Support performance tracking and incentive calculations.

Assist in employer branding initiatives.

Marketing

Support product managers in creating scientific marketing materials.

Conduct competitor and market research.

Assist in organizing CME seminars, webinars, and medical conferences.

Coordinate email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for healthcare professionals.

Liaise with vendors for marketing materials and promotional items.
