Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.

Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other platforms.

Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.

Assist with joining, onboarding and employee documentation.

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Maintain and update HR trackers and employee databases.

Assist in preparing HR reports, letters and documentation.

Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR requirements.

Support the HR team with ongoing projects and initiatives.
