Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies for nurses and healthcare professionals.

Source candidates through colleges, institutions, consultants, job portals, social media, employment exchanges, and walk-ins.

Organize and conduct campus recruitment drives and job melas.

Coordinate campus training programs through the Learning Centre.

Handle recruitment documentation, salary discussions, offer letters, onboarding, medical checks, and registrations.

Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Travel across Hyderabad and surrounding areas for recruitment activities.
