Eligibility Criteria:

BBA / BMS / B.Com (Any specialization)

Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in recruitment

Required Skills:

Good communication skills

Interest in recruitment & HR

Basic knowledge of hiring process

Ability to manage candidates professionally
