Job Summary

The Bombay Skin Clinic is hiring an enthusiastic HR Recruiter/Fresher to support recruitment and hiring activities. This role provides practical exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Screen resumes based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate calls.

Coordinate and schedule interviews.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Assist with HR documentation and joining formalities.

Support employee onboarding activities.

Coordinate with candidates and internal teams.

Assist the HR team with other recruitment activities.
