Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in candidate sourcing and screening

• Support interview coordination and onboarding

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Work closely with HR team on recruitment activities

Performance-Based Stipend:

• 10 candidate onboardings – ₹5,000

• 15 candidate onboardings – ₹15,000

• 20 candidate onboardings – ₹20,000
