Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers/interns to work across both HR and Marketing functions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

HR Activities

Assist in recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)

Support onboarding and documentation processes

Maintain employee records and HR trackers

Marketing Activities

Support lead generation and follow-ups

Assist in social media and digital marketing campaigns

Promote company IT products and services

Coordination & Reporting

Work with HR, Sales, and Tech teams

Prepare reports, Excel trackers, and presentations

Support employee engagement and marketing initiatives

Required Skills

Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Interest in HR, Recruitment, Sales, or Marketing

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility

Any Degree (MBA / BBA / B.Com / BA preferred)

Freshers and final-year students can apply
