Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding, payroll inputs, and attendance tracking
• Coordinate HR requirements across departments
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Help prepare HR documents, letters, and reports
• Participate in HR audits and compliance documentation
Candidate Profile:
• Pursuing or completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
