Role Overview:

Hands-on HR Leader responsible for building the HR function from scratch and managing end-to-end HR operations in a fast-growing, engineer-led organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up HR policies, SOPs & governance structure

• End-to-end recruitment & continuous talent pipeline building

• Workforce planning with business heads

• Onboarding, lifecycle management & exits

• Design & implement Performance Management (KRAs, KPIs, PIPs)

• Employee engagement & culture building

• Payroll coordination & compensation support

• Statutory compliance & HR audits

• HR MIS, dashboards & reporting
