We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead end-to-end HR functions for a fast-growing organization with 500+ employees. The role requires strong strategic leadership with hands-on operational HR expertise.

• Lead HR strategy aligned with business growth

• Manage large HR & recruitment teams

• Drive bulk hiring & talent acquisition strategies

• Oversee performance management & employee engagement

• Ensure labor law compliance & HR operations

• Lead learning, development & leadership programs

• Handle employee relations & conflict resolution

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s in HR / MBA preferred

• Proven experience in ITES / service-based or high-growth environments
