Hiring: HR Generalist

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Generalist to support our growing team and manage end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management & offboarding

• Develop and implement HR policies & procedures

• Manage employee relations & conflict resolution

• Ensure compliance with labor laws & company policies

• Handle compensation, benefits & payroll coordination

• Maintain employee records & HR documentation

• Coordinate performance reviews & employee development initiatives

• Support training, engagement & culture-building activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience

• Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR compliance

• Experience in policy & organizational development

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
