Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment, particularly for Sales & Marketing roles.

Manage HR generalist functions including payroll, employee relations, grievance handling, and performance appraisal.

Coordinate departmental activities and follow up with management.

Manage HR operations for a workforce of up to 100 employees.

Source and recruit suitable candidates based on organizational requirements.

Support day-to-day HR administration and employee engagement initiatives.
