Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist – Payroll with strong HR knowledge and excellent communication skills to join our team in Perungudi, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Handle employee lifecycle activities (joining, confirmation, promotion, exit)

Process monthly payroll including salary, deductions, and bonuses

Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, TDS, and Professional Tax

Maintain attendance and leave records

Prepare payslips and HR reports

Handle full & final settlements

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist role

Minimum 3 years of payroll experience (mandatory)

Experience in Industrial Relations (IR) preferred

Professional certification in IR (preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills
