Hiring: HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist with strong HR expertise and excellent communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding

• Handle complete employee lifecycle (joining to exit)

• Maintain HR policies & ensure labor law compliance

• Manage employee relations, grievance handling & conflict resolution

• Support performance management & appraisals

• Coordinate training & development programs

• Manage payroll inputs, attendance & leave records

• Maintain accurate HR documentation

• Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives

• Provide HR reports & strategic insights to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

• 3+ Years of experience in Payroll, HR & Industrial Relations

• Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance

• Professional in Industrial Relations (Preferred)
