Key Responsibilities:
• Manage hiring for store staff (cashiers, sales associates, supervisors)
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation & induction
• Maintain attendance, shift schedules & punching records
• Prepare payroll inputs (overtime & leave records)
• Handle employee queries & grievance resolution
• Ensure statutory compliance & proper HR record maintenance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
• 6 months – 1 year HR experience (Retail HR preferred)
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding & attendance tracking
• Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS tools
• Strong communication & organizational skills
