Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Conduct onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.

Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HRMS.

Prepare HR letters and maintain employee records.

Plan employee engagement activities and resolve employee queries.

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF).

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards.
