Develop and drive HR strategy aligned with business growth
Establish centralized HR governance across outlets, restaurants, factory and backend functions
Lead manpower planning, workforce productivity and manpower optimization
Manage talent acquisition, workforce planning and leadership pipelines
Implement KRA/KPI-based performance management systems
Oversee complete employee lifecycle, HR processes and compliance
Drive employee engagement, HR analytics and management reporting
Support new outlet openings, expansion and organizational growth
