Key Responsibilities

Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule face-to-face interviews.

Coordinate with department managers during the hiring process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and joining status.

Assist in employee onboarding and HR documentation.

Support day-to-day recruitment activities.
