Key Responsibilities:

• Identify companies in need of HRMS software

• Promote & refer HRMS solutions to clients

• Coordinate product demos with technical team

• Explain key modules: Payroll, Attendance, Leave, PF, ESI, Employee Database

• Support onboarding & basic HR process setup

• Maintain client relationships for renewals & upselling

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1+ year experience in HR / Payroll / HR Consulting

• Strong knowledge of Payroll & statutory compliance (PF, ESI)

• Good communication & client-handling skills

• Existing corporate contacts preferred
