Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment & onboarding

Attendance, payroll inputs & HR operations

PF, ESI & labour law compliance

Employee engagement & grievance handling

Exit process & full & final settlement

Requirements:

Graduate in HR / Business Administration

2+ years HR Generalist experience

Strong knowledge of labour laws

Good communication & coordination skills

MS Excel & HRMS knowledge
