Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and timely salary disbursement

Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws)

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMS documentation

Coordinate onboarding, induction, confirmations, and employee lifecycle activities

Support recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding

Organize employee engagement programs and HR communication activities
