We are seeking a resilient and proactive Senior HR Executive (Plant HR) to manage end-to-end plant-level HR operations in a manufacturing setup.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will handle a large workforce including blue-collar employees and contract laborers, ensuring smooth plant operations and 100% statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce & Contract Labor Management

• Manage attendance, shift scheduling & worker deployment

• Coordinate with labor contractors & ensure wage compliance

Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

• Conduct end-to-end onboarding & documentation

• Ensure safety & plant protocol induction

Government Liaison

• Represent the company during Labor & Factory Inspector visits

Grievance Handling

• Resolve worker disputes & maintain industrial harmony

Plant Administration

• Oversee canteen, uniform distribution & plant-level admin activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing / Industrial setup
